Peculiarities of the apartment with paved garden

The air-conditioned, east-facing apartments all have a paved, fenced, 35 sqm garden.

The Garden apartments have 3 rooms: a spacious living room with a pull-out double sofa bed, kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a spacious bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with sink, refrigerator, hob, kettle, plates, glasses, cutlery, pot, pan. For guests with small children, baby cots and baby baths are available free of charge. Payment and booking terms

  • The minimum stay is 2 nights in low season (01.01-30.03 and 01.09.-31.12.) and in Pre-season (01.04.-15.06.), a peak period is exceptional. Deviations from this are possible at an additional cost.
  • The minimum stay is 3 nights in high season (23.06.-31.08.) and in peak season. Deviations from this are possible at an additional cost.
  • The booked rooms can only be guaranteed after receiving the reservation according to the conditions stated in the reservation.
  • The deposit has 3 working days from the date of booking, during which the rooms will be reserved according to the reservation!
  • The remaining amount in addition to the deposit is due on the last day of the stay based on the services actually used.

Cancellation Policy

  • The deposit will not be refunded if cancelled within 60 days, but it is possible to change the date up to 14 days prior to travel. However, the modified booking may differ from the original, either in terms of length of stay or number of rooms booked/people arriving.
